Where a standard part does not fit
Most conversions fail on the bracket rather than the caliper. Where no standard bracket suits the upright, an adapter is produced from the hub and upright dimensions. That work starts with drawings or clear reference photos and the intended caliper and disc, because the offset cannot be derived from a model name.
Brackets and adapters
- Made to the upright dimensions supplied by the buyer
- Paired with the caliper and disc that the buyer has already chosen or intends to buy
- Quoted after the drawing is checked, not from a photo alone

Branding and packaging
Boxes, labels and instruction sheets can carry the buyer's brand instead of ours. Artwork requirements and the exact packaging format are agreed before the order is confirmed, since they change the production run.

Fitment data
For distributors running an online catalogue, the vehicle fitment, piston count, disc size and pad compound for each SKU can be supplied as structured data so the listings do not have to be rebuilt from photographs.
How an OEM enquiry is handled
- Send the vehicle or upright dimensions, the target caliper and disc, and the market the part is sold into.
- We confirm whether a standard bracket covers it, or whether an adapter has to be made.
- Sampling and packaging are agreed on that basis, with the lead time confirmed at the same point.
Consumables, kits and brackets are quoted separately so the buyer can see which part of the cost is tooling and which is repeatable supply.
